A spokesman for the company said in an interview with the Washington Post
Saturday there’s no evidence the server hosting the Democratic presidential
hopeful's emails was ever wiped. Wiping a server, a process that involves
overwriting the original information with gibberish, is the only way to
ensure the permanent deletion of data. But the company said it looks as if
that never happened.

“Platte River has no knowledge of the server being wiped,” a company
spokesman told the Post. “All the information we have is that the server
wasn’t wiped.”

The company that managed Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private e-mail server
said it has “no knowledge of the server being wiped,” the strongest
indication to date that tens of thousands of e-mails that Clinton has said
were deleted could be recovered.

Clinton and her advisers have said for months that she deleted her personal
correspondence from her time as secretary of state, creating the impression
that 31,000 e-mails were gone forever.

"The problems of our economy have occurred not as an outgrowth of
laissez-faire, unbridled competition.
They have occurred under the guidance of federal agencies, and under the
umbrella of federal regulations."
Senator Ted Kennedy, in defending trucking deregulation in 1978.
