I would just contact the various shredding companies such as Cintas,
Shred-It etc. you would need to tell them how many employees and their
locations. Will the shredding be on a schedule, will employees call and
make appointments?
It may be cheaper in the long run to supply each employee with their
shredder. I've had a console model (shredder sits on top of a bin) that is
a real work horse
