Another it depends....

In the Fed realm, calendars (paper, electronic, or hybrid) of "Senior Officials" are PERMANENT.  Same applies to equivalent Contractor officials. 

The definition is pretty broad, as it drops down to include "administrative assistants to these individuals".

We retain calendar information for 3 years for all employees but for execs we keep 7 years(Hypothetical).  Just curious. I have looked at a number of CFR's but haven't run across a specific requirement....
