Dear colleagues,

I recently sent you an email asking you to respond to a brief survey about your opinions and information on cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and records management. Your responses to this survey are very important to help us better understand the implications of SaaS applications use for records management.
This survey should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you have already completed the survey, I appreciated your participation. If you have not yet responded to the survey, I encourage you to take a few minutes and complete the survey.
Please click on the link below to go to the survey website (or copy and paste the survey link into your Internet browser).

Survey link: https://survey.ubc.ca/surveys/mphqcqhghxzbgnmx7gfzrp6pqwqnmd/records-creation-using-software-as-a-service/

The questionnaire will remain accessible for your input until December 10, 2015.

Your response is important. Getting direct feedback from information/records management specialists is crucial in understanding the influence of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications on records management. Thank you for your help by completing the survey.

Sincerely,

Weimei Pan
