Tito Bongiorno helps keep Erie County government in order.

His job has expanded so much that he soon will get help.

Bongiorno is the county's records manager. His office is a rented warehouse
at West 12th and Cascade streets, which holds nearly 15,000 cubic feet of
county documents, including court records.
