Maybe in some worlds, not in mine...In my world (highly regulated, global,) compliance is the a lumbering herd of 10,000 lb. gorilla.  I submit that you cannot have a quality Compliance strategy and program without a comprehensive RIM program.  The combination of the two generates the efficiencies necessary for respect and recognition within the organization.
