The next educational session of the Twin Cities Minnesota  (TC) ARMA meeting will be held on Tuesday February 9, 2016 at the Nilan Johnson Lewis office in Minneapolis from 11:45 am until 2:30pm.   The address is 120 S. 6th St, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN  55402, 612/305-7500.



The session titled 'Social Media in Litigation: Practical Tips and Ethical Traps' is presented by Courtney Ward-Reichard, attorney and founding member of Nilan Johnson Lewis.  Social media has forever changed the litigation process. This presentation will address tips to conduct social media investigations, collection of social media evidence in formal litigation discovery and potential ethical pitfalls.  Ms. Ward-Reichard partners with corporate clients to avoid and defend employment, products liability and commercial litigation.  She is an active member of several bar associations, and served as president of the 8,400+ member Hennepin County Bar Association from 2010-11.



Registration begins at 11:45, lunch is at noon, and the speaker presentation begins at 1:00pm.
