Our recruiting firm is working on behalf of a Legal Process Outsourcing & Litigation Solutions Company that is hiring this full-time, permanent position. They’re looking for a RIM professional preferably with a bachelor's degree, at least 10-15 years of records management/information governance experience in the legal industry working with large, multiple site law firms. Being a CRM {Certified Records Manager} or IGP {Information Governance Professional} is highly preferred.
The Consulting Services Project Manager is responsible to directly contribute to the success of the Records Management (RIM) and Information Governance practice group by providing strategic direction, operational advisory services, and program implementation/enhancement consultation to law firm clients across the US.
This a hands-on position that requires significant travel to law firm client locations in the US. He/she will provide pre-sales support, hands on day-to-day project management support, subject matter expertise (SEM), implementation of best practices, and overall program oversight to clients as required to profitably manage and grow the business. Subject matter expertise is required in the areas of records management, information governance, and legal discovery, including things like policies, procedures, regulations, technologies, records and document management systems, filing plans, retention schedules, training, program assessment, storage, access, preservation, and emerging technologies.
