I'm in the process of taking the exams, and I have found the ARMA
Philadelphia Liberty Bell Chapter to be especially helpful. Lots of
resources plus they have sample practice exams for parts 1 through 6 that
really help me focus. Here is the link to their site:

Also, last year, I took an excellent one-day CRM review course that was
sponsored by the ARMA NYC Metro Chapter (I can't remember how much it cost,
but it wasn't very expensive). One source that every single presenter
recommended, even though it was published in 1995, was the book listed below
because of its thorough grounding in RIM:

"Information and Records Management," 4th Edition by Mary F. Robek, Gerald
F. Brown, and David O. Stephens. 1995, Glencoe/McGraw Hill.

They called it the "Robek book." I believe it is out of print, but I found
my copy on e-bay for only $35!
