Bill Benedon, CRM, FAI was IMO the best and most influential early RIM
mover and shaker in our profession; one of those who truly defined the
profession.  I researched and wrote a history of the ARMA and ICRM
seventeen years ago.  Mr.Benedon was prominent in both; a true pathfinder
and leader.

My first ARMA course (as a new Analyst) was in 1984; it was a mail-order
course on *Records Center Operations; How To Establish A Records Center*.
It was written and graded by ... Mr. Bill Benedon, CRM.   That was a long
time before the Company of Fellows was established.

We lost a great one.
