Good afternoon all,
I'm hopeful that some of you in Law Firms have some exposure to "Experience Databases". Our marketing folks are looking in to one and asked my views on it, which I have none. A quick Google search shows some articles and blogs, but they're from 2010 to 2013 (I haven't dug too deeply, that was the first page of results). It would seem to be largely the same as a Knowledge Management database, but I'm open to interpretation (by users, not vendors please!).
If any of you have any experience with them (successes, failures, adoption, rejection) I'd love to hear about it. The vendors I see immediately are Content Pilot, Hubbard One and Elegrity if that helps.
Thanks,
Ray
