THE OPPOSITION has declared it will refer Minister Mark Bailey’s use of his
personal email account to the Crime and Corruption Commission after it was
revealed he and his staffer discussed an issue related to a cabinet matter
via his personal email account.

Mr Bailey’s use of his personal email account is being probed by Premier
Annastacia Palaszczuk’s director-general Dave Stewart after it was revealed
a union boss contacted him via his Yahoo account to discuss a super fund
merger.
