Hi Ashley,

We are using the traditional Records Clerk title. We also have an Information and Records Management Officer and an Information and Records Management Administrator.

From my past experience in territorial government, there was a hierarchy of Records Indexer -> Records Officer (departmental) -> Records Analyst (corporate, higher classification).

If you can get your hands on ARMA's Records and Information Management Core Competences that might help define skill levels although it only speaks in terms of levels 1-4, not job titles.

Best regards,

Carolyn Harris
