You migrate records according a predetermined schedule for migration. there are many good reasons for this (I am sure Larry can think of few if he tries hard). The more you define your procedures the better. This is o more critical than the migration process.  So many things can go wrong. validating the Records, the data, the process, the final product takes time and planning. Have fun
