Catherine,

I just recently joined this List service for a class I am taking. I am
a records specialist working for a government agency. We have been
utilizing TRIM as our electronic record repository since 1997. We
started with 61 records being input in 1997 to a total record count at
fiscal year end '05 a total of 1,357,557. I know that we work with
several other organizational systems including writing scripts for these
systems so they can be integrating into TRIM "behind the scenes". I
can't give you too much on the nuts and bolts but our TRIM
administrators could provide more of the detail you are looking for, if
you would like. I can tell you that we feel it is highly successful for
us and we are constantly finding new ways to better meet our needs.
Best wishes - our experience has been very positive.

Thanks,

Toni Stacy

Hello Everyone,
Looking for feedback from anyone using the above and using it with other
systems such as workflow, case management, reporting, etc.
Positives and negatives.
Thanks

Catherine Howard
