I've used this software it's a very good Records Management software. Easy to learn. I learnt it in two 15 minute sessions and in a week I was doing all it's functions. You can tell if a file is on site, offsite, confidential, it has 5 ways to search for things. They can customize and do ad ons like scanning ect. It is much better than Pegasus, documentum, FileNet and other programs I've looked into or used. Many companies use programs that are better off used to sort mail, or do searches in libraries. OmniRim is the best Records Management software I know. Don't take my word for it, OmniRim can let you test their product before you decide, or visit one of the Records offices in your area that already use it. They list who uses their software on their website. You can check it out.
