  I hope you had a pleasant holiday.
   
  The HR department in my school district has put paperless personnel records on their Christmas list and the head of MIS has asked for my input on how the project could be implemented.
   
  I would like to talk with some RMs who have gone through this process and get some tips, warnings, advice, etc.
   
  The Pinellas County School System is the largest employer in the county, with over 13,000 employees.  Personnel records are retained 25 years after termination, under state retention guidelines.
   
  If you would be willing to share some of your wisdom and experience, please contact me off list.  Please note, I am not looking to hire a consultant but rather talk with practitioners.
