Good Morning All,

It's been a while since I've posted to the group, so I'll reintroduce
myself. My name is Jim Mullen and I am currently working for the RIM
section of Spirit Aerosystems in Wichita, KS.

One of the projects I'm involved with is building our and requirements
for an Electronic Records Management System. We are in the beginning
stages and I'm wondering if there have been any metadata standards for
ERMS that have been identified by ANSI, AIIM, ARMA, or ISO in the past
few years. If not, have any been identified as "best practices"? I
checked the RECMGMT-L archives and did not find what I was looking for
except reference to ISO 10303, which I'm in the process of getting a
copy of for review. Last I looked, a couple of years ago, no such
standards existed. However, I'm hoping things have advanced since that
time. If those of you who have gone through this exercise before could
point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
