Aloha Listserv Friends,
Like many of you, the popularity of document imaging has gotten to a
point where EVERYONE wants to get on-board. Unfortunately, not all
business applications are cost effective or justifiable, so
administrators like myself are tasked with creating policies and
procedures for assessing future applications...
I would appreciate your input and if you'd be willing to share (minus
company names, etc.) your imaging policy and guidelines with me either
"off-line" or on-line...
The key things I am interested in are:
1) Does your company or institution have a written policy or process for
evaluating/approving potential imaging applications?
2) If so, what are the criteria or thresholds used in determining
whether to allow an application onto your imaging system?
Mahalo in advance for your input...
