Of course if you are only making $50K in the metro-Boston area, you are
going to have be prepared to live New Hampshire and commute 90 minutes
each way - unless you plan to live in a basement studio apartment in one
of the "student slums" that are so prevalent in the area.

I'm with you on the job postings. The more the merrier. I learn a lot
from them - how organizations view the profession, salaries in different
parts of the country, etc. So we should encourage, not dis, them.

If you go to their web site the salary group is listed in the job
posting. A few more clicks translates that into around $50k to $85k.
Maybe not enough to relocate but if you're in the area and in the right
stage of your career probably worth a look. Besides, being the RM for
Harvard University sounds neat, even if the job doesn't turn out to be
as glamorous as we might like.

As for the box lifting, any one in this line of work is going to have to
lift a box or two, even if they're at the management level. So including
that in the job posting seems fair.
