Good day folks.  I read a great article yesterday in a magazine (AIIM E-Doc) entitled: "Wherefore ROI? Do ECM projects still require ROI (return on investment) justification?" by James R. Dukart.  The article can be found at the following link
http://www.aiim.org/article-docrep.asp?ID=32742.  I liked the use of the acronym "value on investment" as this is something which can also be measured, along with the "return on investment".  I thought it was an interesting article.

This magazine always has great articles particular to managing electronic information.  Have a great day wherever you are and be happy you are sitting here with the temperature, with wind chill, at -42C.
