Hello Molly,

I took Part 2 last fall and found that "Information & Records Management" by
Mary Robek, Gerald Brown, and David Stephens was very helpful in terms of
records creation. I used the 3rd edition of the book rather than the most
recent as it had more on forms and report management (the second edition is
also good). There are a few used copies available on Amazon.com.
