Subject: Stellant (Records Management Software)

Hello,

My name is Rebecca Turner, Records Manager at Central New Mexico
Community College, and I would like to know if any of my colleagues have
used or have experienced working with the Stellent Records Management
product and your level satisfaction with the product. It is my
understanding that Oracle has recently purchased the Stellent product.
I'm currently evaluating products by Hummingbird (now Open Text),
Integrity, Omni Rim and Documentum to name a few. I'm currently working
on a project to implement an Institute wide Document management product
to manage both physical records and electronic. Currently, I manage a
Records Center and our records our paper based or are stored on
microfilm. Any experience that you may have had with these products
and can share will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
