AIIM's Global Education Services has taken off and has become a valuable
educational resource for Records Management and Enterprise Content
Management professionals around the world.  Because of its success, AIIM
is looking for additional professional trainers.

Position Description


Position: Trainer, Global Education Services


Reports to: 
Vice President, AIIM Professional Development

Travel Required: Extensive travel required, more than 50% expected

Location: 
When not traveling for educational program delivery purposes, the
employee will be able to work from home but is expected to be at AIIM
office when required.

Infrastructure: 
AIIM will provide the employee with laptop and reimburse any use of
private phone, mobile, internet, travel and accommodation required to
perform his or hers duties for AIIM.

Summary: 
The incumbent is responsible for selling, developing and delivering
AIIM's training programs in North America

Salary: On request

Specific Tasks:

1.       Working with the Vice President, Professional Development
develops and executes strategic implementation plan for the sale and
delivery of AIIM's training programs. 

2.       Identify and qualify prospects; present AIIM, our training
services, identify the prospect's training requirements, and demonstrate
value of training the staff with AIIM training products. 

3.       Teach 1-4 days classroom training courses at different
locations across the country for customers and partners. 

4.       Update or develop new AIIM training programs when required. 

5.       Follow up the customer after arranging the training classes to
ensure further usage of AIIM training programs.

 

Qualifications

*	Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Information
Management or Records Management. 
*	Minimum five (5) years industry experience. 
*	Must have strong execution, presentation and communication
skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) 
*	Solid understanding of information management with focus on
records management as related to assigned training programs. 
*	Solid understanding of project management. 
*	Must keep up to date with market trends, solutions, and
technologies for managing information. 
*	Persuasive relationship building approach to customer
recruitment and retention. 
*	Must be able to interact with training prospects and customers
in a professional and effective manner. 
*	Excellent PC and MS. Office skills.
