I am very interested in keeping this discussion of SharePoint
initiatives on the list for a while.  We are developing an electronic
laboratory notebook (ELN) template in a MOSS 07 environment at the Naval
Research Lab -- in the early planning stages, with the expectation of
moving to a proof-of-concept pilot in early CY 08.  Right now the
expectation is to deploy a DoD 5015.2 compliant RMA to retain closed
ELNs in accordance with Navy requirements.  
 
I'd be very interested in hearing about other SharePoint initiatives,
either on the list or off-list.
