Earl - Forrester Research, has a tool in one of "Forrester Waves" on
Records Management from Q1 2007. It's basically a product comparison
tool where you can rank features/criterias, etc. and then the tool can
help you identify products that best match your requirements.  We had
already implemented our system when this came out, so I haven't
personally walked through doing it, but it looked interesting. I suspect
the annual subscription price may be somewhat high, but given the size
of your organization, there may already be subscribers that can show you
the tool and you can decide from there if it's worth the cost.
