Hi everyone:

I'm new to the list server.  I would like to give some informtion to Cathy
Scheid. I have been in the same sutation as you.  What I did to assure the
HR department is to give them access logs.  These log show who and when a
user opened and viewed a document.  This have them the peace of mind that
they needed.  I hope this helps.
