I did some searching and couldn't find any reference to tracked changes that would persist after all of the changes had been accepted. However, I did come across an article containing several suggestions for managing changes in Word, one of which is a free tool from Microsoft called "Remove Hidden Data". http://www.usatoday.com/tech/columnist/kimkomando/2006-01-19-hidden-msword-data_x.htm
