Thank you everyone.  These are excellent starting points and I've downloaded
what I can so far.  

I should have added a clarification -- I'm interested in electronic records
inventory forms especially from anyone working in the hi-tech environment. 
I work at Research in Motion and our environment is very digital.  We cover
manufacturing, software development, customer service, marketing/sales, and
the operations functions (finance, legal counsel, intellectual property,
human resources, etc.)
