Tim,

We have 15 functional area's, 35 sub-function area's, 435 record series. 
You might see if you can roll some of the functions into sub area's.

I agree on the pack- I would have given ( well let's not go there) to have 
been at Lambeau on Saturday.  Go PACK !!!!! the only team with a shot at 
derailing the Patriot juggernaut

[RM] Functional Classifications






We are nearing the completion of our switch over from a departmental=based 

retention schedule to a functional-based one.

Our current IT consultant thinks we have too many functional areas (26).

If you are using a functional retention schedule, would you mind sharing 
the number of functions you have?

BTW, the NFC road to the Super Bowl goes through Lambeau Field!  GO PACK!
