Certificate of Destruction of Transitory Records wrote

<<<In my company, transitory records are defined as "Documents have no
continuing value to the organization and, generally, are only needed for
a few hours or a few says.". Such as: External publications, Blank
template or forms, Duplicates/extra copies, Working Materials and Drafts
etc. We don't archive these transitory records, while we provide
confidential shredding bins to the employees tp collect the
to-be-destroyed "records"/papers. My question is if I need to keep the
destruction certificates for these destructions? The answer will be
"No", right?>>>

I guess I shoulda read the whole day's digest prior to replying to
Lijuan - whoops, I need more coffee!

From this description, these are the same thing we would have considered
"non-records" with no accountability required for disposition. Same
holds true in my current company.
