This is my critique. RE: Tom Petty. His half time show DID not work for
me. I saw an old man with a beard, wearing heels on a thin frame and
thought he was on a recovery program...maybe the half time show was one! I
could not get past the visual message.
So, I pondered what message is this? This was someone's reality Scary to
think about it...but maybe that was the purpose.
Personally, I would have preferred to be have been energized with a well
kept baby boomer of good hair length, white teeth, and lively inviting
eyes, and not heartbroken by an anesthetized version of a former self. My
2 cents.

I was just waiting for one more commercial...one staring Tom Petty,
promoting "Just for Men" for beards!

Of course I enjoyed the game, but I was really watching for the half time
show. I have long been a fan of Tom Petty. I thought he and the
Heartbreakers played a nice little set. No wardrobe malfunctions - just
Rickenbackers and rock & roll. What more do you need?
Rock on!
