Marie:

I am sure that the folks at Sharp are reputable, but they are in business to
make money.

Are you unhappy with your current solution? Is there a need to replace it?
Are your scanners breaking down or incapable of handling some new project?

If you are going to replace your current solution, I'd make a detailed
requirements document and go out for proposals from a number of vendors.
And I'd make sure that I got a total solution that was customized for your
organization, not just an IT system.

Hi Everyone:
I have been in the background for a while now. I have learned alot from all
of you. I currently use PaperVision/PaperFlow for our document management
system with a
Fujitsu M4097D Scanner. I have been approched by Sharp Copier Company.
They said that their can replace our current scanners. I wouldl like to see
if anyone is using this type of system. I would like to know the pro's and
con's of this type of system.
