Dear All how are you
 
My name is Maryam i am working in Dubai in a big hospital.  just would like to take your opinion all.  In the organization where i have working i have noticed many staff refuse attending HIM cources 
 
- do you think attending different HIM (Health Information Management) courses or conferences either internal or external is considered important for HIM director or staff? why it is important?
