The welcome instructions recommended introducing myself to the list, so I
hope you don't mind this additional message hitting your inbox.

 

Hi,

 

I'm president of Forensic Innovations, and my pertinent background is in
identifying, reverse engineering and dissecting file formats.  Our products
currently support 2,800 different file formats, and we are working towards
becoming experts on every one of those file types.  The way we accomplish
that is to store our collective knowledge in our products as to automate the
identification and processing of as many files as possible.  I welcome any
file format related questions, technical or simple.
