Good afternoon,
I just got a call from someone at this company, GRM, who says they're
the third largest document management company in the US, behind Iron
Mountain and Recall. Having been in this profession for quite awhile
now, I was surprised to have not heard of them, but the caller said
they're real big (popular) on the east and west coasts, and have
recently started building a market here in Atlanta. He named a few
major local companies here as clients. They offer physical records
storage, vaulting, imaging, consulting, and other RM services.
Is anyone familiar with them? Anyone current using them that would care
to comment on their experiences (on-or-offline... any responses shared
with me would be kept in complete confidence)? As usual, any and all
comments are appreciated.
