I agree with William.

In my former life as a consultant/outsourced services provider, GRM was my
preferred vendor and I often recommended (and switched a couple) clients
to their services.

The service was superior, pricing was competitive, and they really made
and effort to ensure that they were meeting (and exceeding) service
expectations. One of my clients was an IP firm that had a massive amount
of files and not the best history managing them. GRM went above and
beyond in their efforts to assist us with our projects to fix the mess.

Re: Has anyone heard of GRM?

I've used GRM for over 10 years. In an industry that isn't known for
straight talk and completely honest and open negotiations, GRM stands
above the pack. A very reputable company that I would personally
recommend.
