Nominations due to HQ by "a date designated and communicated to the
membership by the EMC"

Nominations must be submitted by the EMC to EMC Chair no later than 30 days
prior to the due date for the OCIF

Candidates contacted and requested to submit completed OCIF package

OCIF of approved candidates sent to EMC members for review

EMC convenes prior to Conference to approve candidates

EMC meets at Conference to prepare questios for Candidate Forum

Candidate Forum is held at Conference

Conference starts Oct 20, Forum typically held first day


Given the above timeline (from AL200), if nominations aren't in and
submitted to the EMC in the next \two weeks, candidates will have less than
two weeks to prepare and submit their packages and the EMC will have a week
to vet and approve candidates.  And I haven't see a call fro candidates
yet...
