Doug, I will reply to your  request regarding the strategic plan, but  some 
general questions.
 
I note the radar format has changed to three major categories, also called  
goals?.
 
Strategic Initiatives do not address all radar screen issues. In fact only  
six of the
   thirteen issues are addressed. Is that correct?
 
When was this meeting held in August. Who was the FAI representative?. I  
only ask because I never heard from any FAI member regarding the meeting.
 
Finally. It might be helpful at some point to explain the "two committee"  
system. In fact I'm sure many members still do not understand the "Carver Plan." 
 Will that be replaced?
