We are seeking a Records Management Analyst to work with a government
agency to provide advice, guidance, and technical assistance in
developing and implementing agency-wide information management processes
and procedures compliant with statutes and regulations with emphasis on
the Paperwork Reduction Act and the Information Collection Clearance
Process.  

Requirements for the position are:

*	Recent experience in survey design and survey methodology. 
*	Recent experience using SQL server and statistical programs for
data analysis. 
*	Information Technology experience to evaluate database systems
and recommend upgrades or changes. 
*	Minimum 7 years experience providing same or similar analytical
support to federal agencies, with a minimum 5 years experience
developing, surveys, statistical methodologies, and conducting
statistical analysis. 
*	Ability to work as part of a diverse team and capability to
build positive working relationships across departments. 
*	Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 
*	Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis. 
*	Ability to develop training materials and briefing materials,
and to make oral presentation of these materials to all levels of
government staff.
