I have not personally used this product, but colleagues who had
responsibility for digital asset management did. There are also many
other digital asset management products out there.

Since I haven't studied the details on DAM programs, I don't know how
they might differ from ECM/ERM repositories, but I agree with Angie a
good ECM/ERM program would be great.

At the bottom of it all there is a realization that that cost may be a
factor and I also agree with Fred that you can do "poor man's solutions"
with software you already may own - have done it myself many times.  

The most important thing in my mind is to be very aware to capture the
various facets of information which will allow you to retrieve the
videos and articles related to a particular topic, timeframe, etc. and
make sure you capture ALL those items.
