Many of you that know me know that I am quite political - I follow
almost 80
political blogs a day ranging from the far left to the far right and

that are so far off the beaten track they almost defy description. I am
a
political scientist by training. So I hope you will excuse this tiny
swerve
out of RM. 

With that said, there are days I daydream about a Constitutional
amendment
that simply states, 

"Congress shall make no law from which it is excused."
