There are a number of sources to determine the best practice for your firm. Since you are multijurisdictional, you may need to check with the bar associations in the states where you have offices. You should also check with the ABA. Your malpractice carrier will aalmost certainly be able to give you guidance.

Can anyone direct me to documented best practices regarding the establishment and maintenance of Ethical Walls in law firms?
