Larry, do not forget to mention filing those multiple copies, filming them all, then scanning the film to digital image and indexing that.   Then some genius prints from the system and starts the process all over...

I love RIM.    I hate the paper media.

ARMA conference is next week; it will be nice to get out of the office for a while.

Change setting in Preferences/Properties (Tools; Options: Security) to
disallow modifications or convert them to PDF would be the easiest ways.

Or you could use SteveW's favorite method... print multiple copies of them,
to paper and send them via snail mail to all recipients.  =)
