Are you headed to Las Vegas for the Conference? Have you set your listserv
subscription to digest or nomail status? You haven't? Oh! I see you've
forgotten how to do that. Well okay, that's alright. just see the
instructions below. Oh! and do this first thing Friday morning, don't wait
until late in the day when you are rushed. And do it before you set your out
of office message.

Warning! Failure to follow these instructions will result in a beer penalty

Instructions (where you see an * please replace it with the appropriate
letter of the alphabet)

to set your subscription to nomail or digest status follow these
instructions

1. send an email with a blank/empty subject line to

[log in to unmask]

2. in the body of the message put one of the following commands (don't
forget to replace the *)

SET RECMGMT-L DIG*ST

or

SET RECMGMT-L N*MAIL

you will receive confirmation message from the listserv follow its
instructions
