If you have no messages from the list in your mail box there are a couple of
possibilities as to why

1. You are set to nomail status
you may have set yourself to nomail status a while back, but forgot to reset
your subscription to mail or digest status. consider sending the command
SET RECMGMT-L Mail to [log in to unmask]
that we get your mail service started again.

You can also send a message to [log in to unmask] and ask us to
check your settings, but don't do that until you've tried the above

2. Your email system may be identifying listserv messages as spam and are
blocking delivery.
 If that is the case check with your organization's Email Admins
