Speaker: John Krysa, CRM, FBI Section Chief

Program Description: John Krysa, CRM, will be speaking on centralizing FBI records. John will discuss the challenges the FBI faces in managing case specific records in multiple field offices, using multiple media and formats, while balancing appropriate security with needed access for evidentiary purposes over the course of long investigations. In addition, there will be a video of the Central Records Complex currently being built.
CRM Maintenance Credits - One Hour
Speaker: John Krysa, CRM, is currently the Section Chief, Records Automation Section for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Krysa has a B.S. in Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago , an M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point , and a MMAS in Operational Planning from the U.S. Army Command and Staff College .
Menu: Please select your salad, entree, and dessert when you make your reservation: Salad - House, Caesar, or Spinach; Entree - Veal Parmigiana, Pollo Marsala, Salmon d'Angelo, Veggie/Spinach Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs or Manicotti; Dessert - Tiramisu, Cannoli, or Cheesecake (full descriptions on restaurant website www.mbirestaurant.com). Cash bar will be available.
