I wrote recently that I'm developing a list of metrics for assessing the
success of electronic/digital records programs, asked about metrics that
you've used in developing and managing your electronic records programs
(or that you feel would be useful) and agreed to aggregate responses to
develop a comprehensive list. Thanks to of you who have responded to
date. If you haven't yet responded, it would be great if you could do
so (you may not have seen the original posting).
In considering metrics in this arena, do any of you use/have:
1. metrics to use in a business case for producing subpoenaed records in
digitized rather than paper format.
2. metrics for quantifying the privacy risk costs associated with paper
in business cases.
With appreciation,
Susan
