Dear Enlightened Ones,
I am struggling with making RIM fun, as well as important, for my project team and the business. I want to sponsor a contest for getting great ideas from the team (as well as increase involvement and buy in), but am hard pressed to be enthusiastic, creative and, of course, offer incentives on an extremely limited budget (my own pocket).
I know there have been prior postings on this topic, but am wondering whether all / any would apply in today's economic climate. Should we be more conservative? Does anyone have a current experience they would like to share? Feel free to contact me offlist, if you prefer.
Thanks,
Sandy
