Happy Friday Everyone!
A question came my way today and I thought I'd ask this astute group,
what their best practice was.
How long do you maintain a contingent workers file? Since they are not
an employee of the organization would you keep those files for the same
retention period as an employee file or for some briefer period ( 1
year, 3 year after their work is completed)?
I've looked at plenty of presentations, articles, procedures, etc, but
they all address only an employees' files.
Any and all comments are appreciated.
Thanks....
